Q: Is the mounting hardward included with stakes and posts?

A: Yes.

Q: What art files are acceptable?

A: Gemini’s systems are IBM compatible. The best files to send us are Casmate-SCV, inspire.SCI, SignLab-EPS, CorelDraw – CDR, Gerber Graphic Advantage-PLT (V 6.21.5), Fles Sign.fs, AI or any vectorized EPS file.

Please be sure to convert to “curves” or “paths” before sending. These files can be sent to sales@geminiplaques.com.

Q: What is the standard Gemini plaque clear coat?

A: Semi gloss which is 15% matte – no extra charge. Matte and gloss are also available at no extra charge.

Q: Does Gemini offer "Rush" charges?

A: No, production for standard plaques take typically 8 work days after layout approval is signed. Customers can rush their shipping with expedited freight charges.

Q: What does Lifetime Guarantee mean?

A: Gemini guarantees all of its products for life. This means that should your plaque fade or contain any defect, we will refinish or replace the defective material at no cost to you, as long as the plaque is installed on its original location.  Gemini will not cover your cost of removal, reinstallation or any subsequent work done on the mounting surface. 

Q: Does Gemini quote freight charges?

A: Gemini now has Ground Freight Guarantee!  This is on most orders to better serve our customers.  Any rush shipping would need to be specifically requested.

Q: Is there any charges for doing layouts?

A: Gemini will do up to 2 layouts per order at no charge to our customers, if a 3rd layout is requested a charge of $20 will be applied.

Q: What is Gemini's return policy?

A: Most Gemini products are custom made to order for specific customers.  As a service to our customers, we will offer a credit up to 50% of the original net price, up to $500.   Freight is not included in the credit.

Q: What is the smallest letter that can be used?

A: Using Gemini Times New Roman, Bookman Old Style & Myriad letters can be 1/4" high if all upper case. For upper and lower case letters, 3/8" is minimum upper case height.
